How Do I Meet People?

Our church is a place where you can actively join together with our members in ministering to and proclaiming the Word of God. Whether you are a young child, grandparent, busy mom, or a successful businessman, we want you to be a part of our church community and are always excited when new people come to visit. Here is how you can learn, serve, and grow at Woodcrest.

Adult Bible Fellowship

Small groups afford the opportunity to interact and learn on a more personal level. We offer two classes to choose from on Sunday mornings at 9am.  This is a great way to dig deeper into God’s word while at the same time offering a time to get to know our people better.

Student Ministry

We have an active youth ministry serving the Catoosa, Verdigris and surrounding communities.  Small groups meet on Sunday morning at 9am with our large group meeting on Wednesday evening at 6:30pm.  From Planet Wisdom, 30 Hour Famine to Mozambique and Mexico mission trips, our youth are actively involved and challenged to grow in their relationship with the Lord and express that love in service to others.

College and Career Age

We recognize that sometime in the near future the baton of faith will be passed to this generation. Life can get complicated once you cross that threshold into adulthood and are faced with more difficult and challenging decisions. The young adult group of our church meets on Sunday mornings @ 9am and provides a welcoming atmosphere for college and early-career aged young people.  Contact the church office for further information.

Men’s Fellowship

“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”  Prov. 27:17
Our men’s group meets each Tuesday evening at 6:30pm for a time of encouragement and prayer.  It is a great opportunity to learn and grow across the divisions of age.

Senior Adults

Our Senior Adults are a group of people who lovingly encourage and minister to the needs of its church members.  They are a faithful, devoted group of prayer warriors who enjoy serving others.
