What to Expect

At Woodcrest, you can expect a casual and welcoming atmosphere, Christ-centered worship, and biblical preaching that is meant to help you know Jesus and grow in your faith.

You do not need to dress a certain way to come. Come as you are.

When you arrive, you will find people ready to welcome you, help you find your way, and make you feel at home.

Christ-Centered Worship

Our worship is Christ-centered and modern in style. We sing newer worship songs and are led by a band with instruments like guitar, bass, drums, and piano.

We also value the rich songs of the church, so we are not afraid to sing hymns as well. Our goal is worship that points our hearts to Jesus and helps the church sing together.

Biblical Preaching

The preaching at Woodcrest is expository, biblical, and practical. That means we seek to explain what God’s Word says, point people to Christ, and help us faithfully live out our faith in everyday life.

Kids & Families

Children are a blessing, and families are welcome at Woodcrest. We want parents to feel comfortable bringing their children with them, knowing they will be loved, welcomed, and cared for.

Babies

Nursery is available for babies during the worship service, giving parents a safe and caring option for their little ones.

Toddlers

A toddler room is available for children through age 4 for families who would like to use it during the service.

Family Worship

Children ages 5 and older are welcome to worship with their families. We believe it is good for families to worship together, and parents should not feel embarrassed if their children are with them in worship.

Parking & Entrances

Parking is simple, and you should not have to worry about finding a spot.There are two entrances, and either one is fine to use.

What time is service?
Sunday Bible Study begins at 9:00 AM, and our Sunday Worship Service begins at 10:00 AM.
Where do I park?
Parking is simple, and there should be plenty of room. There are two entrances, and either one is fine to use.
What should I wear?
Woodcrest is casual. Some people dress up, and others dress more relaxed. Wear whatever feels comfortable, and come as you are.
How long do services typically last?
Our worship service usually lasts about an hour and a half. During that time, we sing, pray, read Scripture, hear biblical preaching, and respond to God’s Word together.
Do you have services for kids?
Nursery is available for babies, and a toddler room is available for children through age 4. Children ages 5 and older are welcome to worship with their families during the service.
Will I be singled out?
No. We want you to feel welcomed, not embarrassed. You may be greeted by friendly people, but you will not be put on the spot.
Is your church accessible?
