Be Like the Donkey
Palm Sunday - the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem. Just like the donkey, we have been chosen, bought, borrowed to be here at this time to serve Jesus. All the donkey did on that particular Sunday more than 2,000 years ago was just to be available.  If the donkey can do it, so can we!

    She Did What She Could

We’ve all been practicing social distancing, doing what we can during these unprecedented times with the coronavirus. While we approach Easter, let's learn from a simple woman in Mark 14 as she "Does what she can" to show her love for her Lord.

Where is Jesus During the Storm?
In Luke 8, just as Jesus was on the boat with the disciples during the storm, believers are not alone. Today we live in unchartered waters, in uncertainty. The question is, how will we respond during the storm? In faith or in fear?  Remember, Jesus is in the boat with you; He is the one who calms the storm!

Forgiveness – Bro. Almonza, Woodcrest Hispanic pastor
Which is easier for you: to forgive or to ask for forgiveness?  If we are honest, forgiving others is not an easy task but the Bible does not give us a choice!  Forgiveness is something we are to give to both those who ask for it as well as those who do not ask. Always forgive!

“The Power of the Thorn” -guest speaker, Kevin Benton
What is the "thorn of the flesh" that you struggle with: drugs, alcohol, pornography, language, temper, work?  Are you willing to show people just how weak you are, to show them just how strong God is?  There is power in the thorn - No matter how far you miss the mark, God's grace is sufficient, His power is made perfect in weakness.   2 Cor. 12:9

We each have a window of opportunity - both in response to the gospel message as well as being the faithful, fervent worker of that message.  What are you going to do with your "window of opportunity"?

Guest Speaker, Misty Wooldridge – “Your Worth”
Where do you find  your worth? Is it through your job... marriage... children?  Sometimes we feel like we are not enough.  Psalm 139:13 says "For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb."  We need to remember that God formed us, he had a plan, we are his masterpiece.  Jesus paid the ultimate price at the cross for you.  YOU ARE WORTH IT.
